My thoughts exactly!  Perhaps they are wondering how to shuffel the deck if they add another deck to their stack of 10 projects already?  These majors, ASARCO in the mix have their EYEs on several of other projects assurely.  As Corporate goes, well, as stated, enough times already, Drill holes explains it all at this point.
