That in fact we know that we will get a report from the D.O.I. but not exactly on our time planning.  What should happen when we get that report?  IMO pretty much infact.  Agin IMO it is very worth the waiting period,,however none of this ever should of happend to LBSR/JB&BOD.  That said it is a "BIG" wake up call to ASARCO mining co. what makes it that way is that yes the USA is a great place to MINE "BUT" just as deadly as Indonesia because of the "crazies" here that wanna HUG a TREE all the time.  IMO ASARCO will be all over JB&BOD like white on rice if/when we get ESB back into the inventory and ASARCO~should~really want to get a lockup on the ESB with us so as not to risk the chance to ever lose mining acreage agin to feed their WBS ore processing plant.  What would their interest mean to JB&BOD, well that it could get us a big JVwith ASARCO for them to get the lockdown on acerage that JB has already performed massive amounts of GEO-workover upon to the tune of millions of DOLLARS and or a buyout of ESB(least likely of the two choices to happen) as i think that JB would be enthralled with a PARD JV, and IMO pps would get wings in appreciation and and and AND.  That could SPLAIN AWAY where we could get a source for the HM drilling,, also it could be ASARCO that warms up to JB for the HM as all said and done the dinner bell is ringing and ASARCO may have set a bigger EYE on LBSR due to this commotion over the CACTUS and the wild owls out there in the Forest WHO WHO WHOING every nite!
