If memory serves and understanding sufficient, didn't we have to move from the OTC BB when our PPS fell for a prescribed period of time below a penny? If so, it seems that the plan- or need- to refile "after the Co's common stock is requoted on the OTC BB" implies that there is an anticipated rise to at least .01 again. Would this be simply wishful thinking- or does the need to actually withdraw and refile imply that there is a real reason to anticipate that rise? If so- this might be a hint of some good progress in the offing. Or- that may just be wishful thinking on my part.
