KO, a favorite tool of those who like to be critics of exploration-phase miners is to keep harping on the fact that such companies have nothing much to talk about, since they haven't proven anything.  Such posters know how stupit that sounds, but they are hoping that if they throw up enough flack, they might do some little bit of damage, or provoke someone into responding (which in their minds gives them relevence, a reward for small minds).

When my dog misbehaives, I just don't give it treats.
