I know this was ruled off topic but I needed to reply.  Are we free to petition for redress?  Are we free to protest?  Are we free to peacfully resist?  Is the exercise of individual and militia right, as guaranteed by the Second Amendment, in the course of these activities, going to be ruled violent and unlawful by nature, even in the face of abusive, corrupt and overreaching federal force?
