I will not argue that, however I have to take very strong exception to your statements...

In a somewhat generalized way I agree with your Libertarian sentiments, but I also can not believe you accept the idea that anyone and everyone is free to run cattle without a permit, with no concern for over grazing, the health of the animals, or the sustainability of the land (including riparian habitats).  

I believe you are hunter, are you not?  Do you hunt without a license?  Will you discharge a firearm for sport within city limits where it may be against the law?
