When a country has  bootstrapped its mining, then men are not free at all, this they have done by the illegal usurbation of land,personal property,mining rights via ruels which they hypocritically pass against the FREEMAN.  A man that is not that is not allowed to mine is not a FREEMAN.  If that man tollerates the oppression and accepts his state of being he has sacraficed his most valuable asset of Citazenship in America!  Freemen will open mines when not oppresed by voo doo legislation which establishes laws that say it is good for those in power to take your lands, your homes, your mines and finally the nail in your very own coffin, your freedom as you laid down and became their SLAVE!  Welcome to the new world order!
