I've been in LBSR since 2010, late summer just as the rise to .19 cents began.  In August of 2010 LBSR announced their JV with Northern Dynasty, and the share price took off.  I don't remember the full details, but right after Labor Day I believe some warrant holders sued the company, a lawsuit was announced and the share price tanked.  From that time, it just seems that LBSR never quite regained it's footing.  I know you can go to LBSR's corporate website and go through all the PR's to read specifics.  I really hope the recent CA's bring forth some sort of agreement soon.  Many of us have been waiting a very long time here :)
