Not sure if those NRs fully answered your questions.

I was following this company in 2010 and earlier.  I seem to recall an awfull lot of promotion surrounding it, none of which I believe was tied to the company.  I think it was Internet pump 'n dumpers. 

As partners became harder to find around that time, the price fell from it's highs, but picked up steam again following acquisition of the North Pipes.  That's what drew my deepening interest and eventual purchase of shares.
