This is a very STRONG MESSAGE because "they" could have sent in a few lower level person to give a cursory walk by.  Geologists dont just give walkbys?  Geologist have the position in a company in which the entire staff must respect their assesment/s in the mannerisim to a point of consideration in any affair of matter in a mining company.  Pretty much the one and only "GOTO GUY" in the entire opperation and that many Geologists are WOMEN, so dont accuse me of descrimination,OK!
