Here's the first paragraph of the "refutation":

"First Quantum Minerals Ltd. is the latest Canadian company to be hit with a massive tax bill. Zambian authorities have told the company to pay an additional US$8-billion in taxes and penalties for failing to pay proper duties on imported supplies over the past five years."

This is only one of the huge tax bills the company has been hit with from the increasingly optimistic government of Zambia. No doubt they think that since Quantum "didn't build it" it must belong to the government, who kindly will permit the free-riding company to keep something of what they did nothing to earn.
