Yes, all very good observatons, though I have to point out that the "absense of sellers" is pretty much a seasonal thing, at least from my observations.  They will be back toward the end of the year, IMO, and depending on circumstances, will be buying and holding shares (for a while), or buying and selling shares as per usual.  In either case it means more dilution, but the effects on the share price will be different if news allows.
