Is there a reason you say "person" when you refer to the big seller? Could it not be a financier? They certainly have the shares. They make a profit no matter what price they sell at. And I just get the impression that they set their computers to sell shares at any price they can get; which means if they are not selling shares fast enough, the algorithms kick in (?) and the computer lowers the price.
Just as aside, I did an experiment in the past two weeks and put in a sell order without doing "all or none." Enough shares were showing at my sell price to more than cover it. In other words, for example, I wanted to sell 300,000 shares at .0018 and the stock profile showed 5 million shares on the ask at that price. But as soon as I clicked on the order, a small portion of my shares were sold, then the ask price went down after that so the remainder of my shares did not sell. To me, this suggests manipulation by computers, namely a financier's computer.
