Yes, I would also be happy with that so long as it is Hay Mountain that is sold, not LBSR.  But, we don't know what percent of Hay Mountain LBSR will control by the time such an offer comes along (if ever).  Look for the company to have 10 to 49 percent, in my opinion.

Still way to early to play with numbers.  If we have a possible mirror image of Bisbee, or better (as may be shown from initial drilling), market hysteria could blow away our expectations before the dust settles. 

Now, where's that partner?
