I think anyone who ever met JB would agree that he has had supreme confidence in what the company has at Hay Mountain since the whirlwind tour or before. Since then, I think there were indications at least two more times that there are more minerals and that they are closer to the surface. JB's confidence will turn out to be one of his strengths at some point (I think). Right now, if he is indeed holding out for some incredible deal, it could be percieved as a negative. If he is holding out for a deal that is so favorable for LBSR that it is drawing out this process, I've always hoped that Mr. Gross would just slightly mitigate JB's optimism.
