You could as well say that knowledgable sellers are rushing for the exits, as opposed to your guessing that buyers with insider information are lining up for bargains.
IMO, we are seeing normal market action during a period of extended silence from the company on the subject of potential partners for drilling.
Meanwhile, we are in the "summer doldrums" for mining stocks - a time when prices often suffer -, and possibly also having continued adverse influences on the PPS from financier selling.
The simple fact is, there is no broad market interest in an exploration-phase mining company having a blind target and no partner to advance drilling. Until that changes one should not expect improved demand for shares.
