I don't think NAK or any other affiliate of the Hunter Dickinson group is going to be interested in developing Hay Mt.

They called the loan, terminated the JV and took our Alaskan claims because (I think) we began drilling in their backyard during a sensitive time for Pebble.

Maybe bygones have become bygones, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was bad blood there. Pure speculation on my part, I should add. But seems clear to me given the timing.
