Yes, I too got that as the key takeaway, though the full statement included a qualifier, so it was not intended to be taken as fact (fact though it may be).  While this all sounds as if the likelyhood for a deal, or perhaps deals, may have improved from what we knew earlier, what is revealed again sounds as if an announcement is not eminent.

I'll post more again as developments warrant.  I will no longer be a "regular" here, but I thank those of you who expressed concern for my well being in recent weeks.
