I agree completely. I dont even believe there would be a need to add any additional board members if the company remained status quo. There would just be no reason. The previous BOD members seemed sufficient to handle the current transaction levels (zero). So I, like you, believe something is in the works. Unless, of course, something underhanded is going on, which I doubt.
