Wanted to say this as a new message.  OK,so facts vs:opinion's ( or jesticulation's).  Fact puts this entire story into the matchplate MO of CEO Briscoes line of reasoning, that is that he has always gone LONG. My opinion is that this has been in the darling catagory of his entire goal to have HM as a personal project that HE desires to keep in HOUSE and under the tutalidge of LBSR/JB&BOD, i did say BOD and that may just be why JB has re-cut the key tumblers of who sits on the BOD, that this batch can open the LOCK and bring in a PROJECT to fruition, water or no water they are setting up the tents of prep for establishment (pre-planning stage) which is confirmative of a positive marching orders for the LBSR organization and that fits with JB's plan to leave a BIG and shining LEGACY.  A I M H O!
