...sounds to me as if he could not answer earlier as news was pending.  I also sense that what he may be discussing would probably have to brought out in conjuction with the news release anyway, so I will not be so self important as to assume that what we learn will be because of my question(s). 

By the way, if no one noticed, the US Supreme court very recenty upheld the new mining moritorium around the Grand Canyon, making it clear that the question surrounding undeveloped grandfathered claims is not worth pursuing.  ...gott'a blame government for the loss of Big Chuck, and North Pipes. 

Next at risk is Silverbell.  The "little Berkelyites" in Tuscon will oppose it with all they can as it will be visible from I-10 just north on town on the way to Phoenix.
