Im not doubting what you say, you know far more about this subject than me, but if that is true what is to keep a company from grabbing the claim themselves? Like I said, I am clueless when it comes to modus operandi of the mining sector. Is it first come first served, lottery, highest bidder, etc when it comes to grabbing a claim?
