Should we have, at some point, seen an SEC filing that authorized shares were actually sold? And sorry for repeating myself, but if these new guys are rainmakers, what could the possible strategy be to let tens of millions of shares go for such low prices? I've wondered if ElisC posts on this board under a different name. I have not been on the other board for months.
