This is an excellent report, but one outlining information which we mostly have already long known- the main recommendation of which is- as you rightly emphasize- TO DRILL. So if you release it- do so  not only with the intention- but with the  actions required to carry out what it says to do- namely- TO DRILL and DRILL urgently.
