No, it means we are back to doing road shows to raise money from private placements, and it also probably means no more funding from the sources of the past couple of years.  

10 million dollars?  Isn't that 2 billion more shares at today's price, making this a never-ending story, assuming they can raise the money?  And if they can't........?
