Let's go back to take another look at Brent's comments in the PR, and with emphasis added.  I think this will raise further and more intrigueing questions. 

"I am honored to have been asked to lead Liberty Star and am eager to work with the Board to continue Jim’s efforts at Hay Mountain and other high-potential mineral prospects across the United States and elsewhere to increase shareholder value,”

Last I knew, LBSR had working interests at only two locations, both in Arizona.  ...looking forward to how others view this.
