Right. But that assumes some development- deal, drilling, successful drilling which would - we all assume- massively increase the market share and PPS. At that point, because of the natural increase in PPS a RS might not be necessary anyway. But at some point, a strategic modest RS might be helpful- i.e. in a wonderful imaginary world if the PPS were .50 a 1:2 RS would get us over a dollar, which might be strategically helpful or even 1:10 to get over $5. And then, as you say, with increasing market cap, shareholder value would be maintained and, hopefully, increased in the process as the PPS further increases. But most small exploration/mining companies live at less or not much above $1 anyway. But that's very different from where we are now with no such news and many orders of magnitude lower PPS. Now would be a disaster and would not only not increase or maintain shareholder value, but would destroy value by a factor of whatever ratio is chosen, as the PPS inevitably sinks back to its pre-RS level.
