I believe the lawsuit was separate from the claims. JB drilled one hole and as a result of the drilling, sold those claims and paid off all of LBSR’s debt. In hindsight,  it was a good move as getting mine permits there are nearly impossible or at the least take years to get through if ever. Don’t remember what the lawsuit was about or who initiated it.
