Makes perfect sense.

As I suggested in a much earlier post, the big boys know that H.M. exists and has finished, expert, cutting-edge field research/results that indicate H.M could be huge. And we won't have an EPA fiasco like at Pebble. Pebble put LBSR on the map, imho. 

They also know that, at the moment LBSR has no money to drill, so they may think its not going anywhere.

But companies who wait too long to jump on a great thing sometimes miss their chance. Whoever taps this will smile, imo.

So our LBSR team is keeping everything (warehouse!) ready for the call, which could come next week or next year.  Of course, we all hope its next week.
