Let us look at it like this, JB told all of us that he is working on something (futuristic-IMO) that would be very good for LBSR.  Just that he said and he did. So we need to let this process flow as this is the what he said and what he did.  In the affirmative columb side it is fully intended to be some of but not all of the forward intermedieate thing to get done off of the todo list.  I struggle on a daily basis to get al of my "todo list" things done on a daily basis.  For me I will give JB&BOD a wide bearth of calendar timing to see the progress of his checkoff todo list!  Me am looking forward to a very good year here!
