I think whatever is going on with the share price may have something to do with the DBA. When it was announced I only understood it vaguely and stilllack considerable understanding of just what they are and why a company would use one. So I used the ol' Googler to see if I could get any kind of grasp on things. A few things to possibly consider:
"A DBA name is a company's “doing business as” name. ... You also need a separate business bank account if you operate as an LLC or a corporation. LLCs and corporations are separate entities from the owners. Sole proprietorships and partnerships without DBAs are not legally required to have a business bank account."

"Can an LLC File a DBA & Still Do Business Under the LLC Name? An LLC, or limited liability company, is a legal entity that has its own rights and obligations separate from its owners; conversely, a DBA is not a legal entity, and whoever uses a DBAassumes all of the obligations of the business."

"In most states, DBA registration is necessary if your company conducts any business under a name other than your own name. "Conducting business" can include marketing, advertising, letterhead, business cards, etc., in addition to actual business transactions. DBAs are not just for sole proprietors."
