This looks like some corporate fine-tuning, separating LSM from HMSP, and now a new division of HMSP to be known as the Earp Ridge Mines (ERM).

Why?  News must be brewing regarding ERM.  Nothing else makes sense, especially as the BOD is carrying operating costs for now, albeit from loans to the company.

By the way, I can see other news like this coming in the near-to-mid term coming out of HMSP.
