So there now is an entity named 'Earp Ridge Mines LLC'.

Note the 'Mines'. No longer exploring, we're looking at mining. And not just 'mine', 'mines'. Plural.

Now Earp, am I safe to assume that would be a reference to Wyatt of Tombstone fame?

Leaves the question - which ridge? Where?
