Ok I didn't realize that the leachable ore would be below the capping and would still require drilling.  I read it differently.  That does change things.  That said, I of course agree that the surface extraction of ore would not be be in place of drilling, but a mechanism of getting revenue that could be applied toward drilling or keeping the company afloat until financing is secured for drilling.
