Meanwhile, the price of oil (POO) is down 22 percent (at the moment) over the last six weeks, terrible news for Mexico and Russia who are already losing market share to US exports.  Falling oil prices are also not good news for China, where domestic oil production in recent years is struggling to post increases in volume.
