Thanks for posting that bio from the company Web site.  I find it interesting to note that Mr. Gordon received an MBA from Southern Methodist, and went on to receive a second MBA from Thunderbird a year later, honing his academic toolset in the area of international business.  Thunderbird, in regards to international business, is among the top-ranked schools in the world.  This most certainly well prepared him for a career at GE, and elsewhere afterward.
