Somehow your recollection sounds familiar.  Was that a PP for Big Chunk or Hay Mountain?  

Still, I believe it essential to have a partner/financier commitment to complete Phase 1, should evidence warrant, and the capacity for any potential partner to swiftly move into Phase 2 as needed.  But I will support whatever the BOD wants.
