If it's dialling back, and still '...will continue to work with other companies...', why drop this company of all of them? The company that he put all of his efforts and knowledge into for such a long time.

But it's mr. Briscoe that was always set against a reverse split. Guess that's on the table again now. Can only hope - that if it happens  -  it will be with a very good backstory.
