It is more likely that the requirement is that it be "timely", an ambiguous term.

I agree that there has been a knee-jerk reaction, not just in terms of selling but also in a willingness to buy at a less-than-enprmous discount.

As Tracy pointed out to me earlier today, the share price is (still) " ....way up.".
