O.k., whatever you want.  Go ahead, guess for 30 or 40 percent.  I don't care.  My point is, I've seen numbers of explorers end with a 10 percent interest in their own discovery by the time all the factions sell out to a producer.  I don't see that happening here.  Besides, LBSR will most likely move on to other targets within the project area.  It will not be a "one-shot wonder," in my opinion, as have been so many other explorers.
