Regarding BG's statement- lots of words devoted to answering a very particular and ancillary question.  How about devoting just a few words to addressing the real and main issue- when are we going to begin drilling? Are we actively seeking partners for such and are there unconcluded deals pending or actual concluded deals precluding the seeking of other partners? Securing a base for developing a vast infrastructure  shows commendable forsight. It all sounds very grand. But it will be all for nought if we don't begin drilling a simple hole soon.
