Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
I think this weekend will be the test for whether or not the situation deteriorates. Like a train once set in motion, these things can sometimes be hard to stop. By way of example, sociologists tell us that revolutions don't happen when people are the most miserable and unhappy. They happen when things are getting better, but change is not coming fast enough to satisfy the masses.
Watch this one closely. It has implications for the world and maybe even LBSR too. Think "political risk" for public companies operating there, and "blood risk" for heads of the state-owned one, Codelco, the world's largest copper miner.
Check this list. Most of these companies have operations in Chile, covering some of the largest mines on earth.
