The presentation you cite is a very nice summary of the history of HM. In fact most of it documents either James Briscoe's work or work that he has uncovered and brought to the fore. And most likely all or nearly all of this summary was written by Mr. Briscoe- whether or not it is attributed to him. Nobody has said that there weren't early suspicions of a vauable target at HM- in fact, this is precisely the gist of all of JB's work and thesis. But the history runs from the 1800's to the present and although JB developed the idea of Hay Mountain- it was still not a specifically designated target until after Liberty Star's work was already well underway at Big Chunk. You conflate the previous historical interest in Hay Mountain with it being a specific target for drilling- after the ZTEM Survey and after the SRK report. As some of you know,  I've actually spoken to Carolla Hoag at length and know that she had encouraged further exploration and drilling at Hay Mountain. She was very excited about the prospects there. But this was AFTER LBSR was already engaged at Big Chunk. In fact- Big Chunk was also discussed in another part of the same report. Moreover, there is a difference between historical surface and near surface exploration and mining and the deep drilling to about 2000 feet or more that will be required to intersect the suspected HIGH GRADE Pre-Cambrian deposits that are suspected- but only at those depths and not shallower. Anyone who has spoken to JB would know this. (Hopefully- our new part time mining engineer/lawyer  leader- BG- also understands this.)

In any case- this nice summary of James Briscoe's lifelong work which you've kindly provided is a great demonstration of why we need him on hand to continue to guide this project. Everything in that article is a result of JB's diligent work. If not for JB- that page would be blank. GM- you continue to be wrong about your assessment of the timing of HM in relation to BC- but it is really neither here nor there and is ancient history. The point is- we need to not only to move ahead- but move ahead with scientific intelligence- as provided by James Briscoe- and not by part time lawyer/engineers or geologists either inexperienced or unfamiliar with Hay Mountain
