Yes, we have to share an interest in Hay Mountain/Earp Ridge with a partner.  But how much of the company are you willing to unnecessarily giveaway beforehand without having a guarantee of a partner?  That is my concern, especially given that we may be buying a list of contacts who may not be willing to work with this person.  Why is he/she unemployed?  

And can we afford to continue with a CEO who has a day job elsewhere?  Maybe the "international mining expert" should be the new CEO.  Would that no serve shareholders better than someone learning the business in his spare time?

Sorry, I do not mean to sound angry at you, just voicing frustration.
