How do you figure that?  Can you recite what credentials he has that suite him for running an exploration-phase minging company, one that may be on the cusp of a 10- or 100-year mineral discovery?  If he had faith in his qualifications, would he not give up his day job?  As he does not have such faith in himself, why shoud you?
