Not stating we've got a guarantee of succeeding under the new management, but as far as I'm concerned the way we were going we 'were done' to use your words.

I truly appreciate all of mr. Briscoe's knowledge and expertise, which was needed to get us to identify potential richness, but I do not feel it would have gotten us further than that. 

I do currently feel that under the new management the chances have improved. Are we in an ideal position to get to where we all want to be? No. But are we in a better position? Yes. I truly do think so.
