I am not a strawman. I did perform as one once, on behalf of an investment group of attorneys wanting to buy a commercial property in the San Francisco Bay Area. I did so with full disclosure to the buyer that I was acting on behalf of others who were not at the time willing to disclose who they were. They did so for escrow instructions, of course, to close the deal. That's the only way I would ever be willing to act as a strawman. How about you?
