As Geotech is in the business of providing geophysical studies, they can not also sell services in regards to what explorations should do with the data.  Think of Geotech as the radiologist and the exploration geologist as the brain surgeon.  This is not to say that no one at Geotech is capable of doing the analysis, it is just not the business they are selling.  Doing otherwise could appear to be carrying a conflict of interest, putting aside liability issues as well.
