Tracy, looking at claims maps and a fee ownerships in the Hay Mountain area, it appears to me that the development of Hay Mountain has the potential for being complicated by objections from uncooperative nearby landowners. 

Is this the case?  If so, have appropriate agreements been concluded?  These most certainly would be among the types of questions asked by potential partners, so there must already be a prepared answer.
