I think this latest release of three reports (but not the mind-numbing data details that are their BASIS) is intended to measure interest and gather contact info.  Further releases of ". . . portions of these Studies in the near future . . ." is likely intended to be a way to maintain a flow of information, keep interest engaged, and as they said - provide more visibility into the project.

The document information seems to me to make a plausible case for drilling to test (aggresive), OR further sensor-type survey (conservative).
